Our Mindful Mamas Offerings

  • Monthly Mamas Circles

    Mindful mamas circles are a place to be present, foster mindfulness, to get out of your busy mind and into your body. The circles are some much-needed ‘me time’ for mamas to replenish, rest and connect with other mamas . We will create a circle based on the energy of the space. Each circle includes mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, a sharing circle, gentle yoga and yoga nidra.

  • Mindful Mamas Pregnancy Yoga

    These classes will help prepare you mentally and physically for birth. Mindful mama pregnancy yoga will help you develop greater levels of embodiment as well as give you space to tap into your inner mama wisdom. There will be a focus on strength building and optimal positions for birth as well as pelvic floor awareness. Every class will have a restful, replenishing yoga nidra as we know rest is vital for all mamas to be.

  • Day Retreats

    Mindful Mamas Retreats are for mothers to come and step out of their busy lives to be nourished and nurtured. A whole day of self-care that consists of mindfulness, meditation, yoga therapy, yoga, connecting with nature, and a beautiful cacao ceremony. These retreats provide a space for mothers, for you, to simply be.

  • 1:1 Mindful Mama Session

    This is a bundle of 3 sessions where you will experience the self-care tools and techniques used in the circles in a one-to-one format, this means we can develop the sessions based on your needs as an individual and will incorporate breath practices, movement, yoga, and relaxation. Self-care is often a skill we need to learn.

  • Psychology Course

    “Managing emotions for you and your little one”.

    This is a four-week course where you will learn tools and techniques to manage your own and your little ones emotions. Regulating our own nervous system is the first step in supporting our little ones. This incorporates psychological techniques based on psychological research and neurological underpinnings of child development.
