Managing Emotions for You and Your Little One

A 4-week online, self-paced course teaching you the tools and techniques needed to manage emotions. Regulating your own nervous system is the first step in supporting our little ones. Mindful Mamas Offerings

  • Monthly Circles

    Mindful Mamas Circles are a place to be present, foster mindfulness and get out of your busy mind into your body. The circles are much-needed ‘me time’ for mamas to replenish, rest and connect with other mamas . Each circle includes mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, a sharing circle, gentle yoga and yoga nidra.

  • Pregnancy Yoga

    These classes help prepare you mentally and physically for birth. Helping you develop greater levels of embodiment, as well as giving you space to tap into your inner mama wisdom. There will be a focus on strength building and optimal positions for birth and pelvic floor awareness. Every class will have a restful yoga nidra - vital for all mamas to be.

  • Day Retreats

    A place for mothers to step out of their busy lives and be nourished and nurtured. A whole day of self-care that consists of mindfulness, meditation, yoga therapy, yoga, connecting with nature, and a beautiful cacao ceremony. These retreats provide a much needed space for mothers, for you, to simply be.

  • 1:1 Session

    A bundle of 3 sessions where you will experience the self-care tools and techniques used in the circles in a 1:1 format. This means we can develop the sessions based on your needs and will incorporate breath practices, movement, yoga, and relaxation. Self-care is very often a skill we need to learn.

  • Online Course
